Intuition, what is it.. what does it mean to you? How is it useful in your life and how can you become more connected and "in tune" with your intuition.
Intuition- The journey back to yourself “To intuit” means to understand or work out by instinct. Intuition is your natural in-built guidance system that allows you to understand something instinctively without the need for reason. My friends, we are powerful beings, capable of tremendous healing and the ability to live our greatest lives. All we need to do is get away from the noise and listen, turn off the tv, step away from the screen and put down our phones and sit quietly, tune in and listen to our intuition, the quiet voice, not the monkey mind but the quiet voice that keeps us safe and puts us in the right place at the right time. We know now through quantum physics that we are all energy vibrating at a particular speed, there is more information that we are always interacting with than what we can see with the 5 senses. Our sixth sense, our intuition, is reporting back to us constantly. That deep knowing or gut feeling is guiding us daily, such as when we take a different route to work only to find out that on our normal route there was a major accident, or when someone is giving us information and we sense correctly that there is more to the story, and when we feel the need to call someone and it turns out they are feeling depressed and needed to hear from us. All the time we are communicating on a deeper level with the world around us without realising it. We often get distracted by the noise of life, by signs, symbols, sounds, marketing to us a distraction from our ability to connect, expand, manifest and live a happier, healthier life. When we ignore our intuition for long periods of time we can become anxious and depressed, we know there is more and that we need to line up to a different path but we bury it in food, bad relationships, alcohol, drugs, negative situations and just by filling our days up with more things to do or buy or watch. We have the power to live extraordinary lives, happy, healthy lives, we just need to step back, literally put our feet on the earth, sit in nature and in silence and connect to our inner knowing and infinite wisdom.
