Desiree Lee is the resident Holistic Nutritionist at Rana Health. She graduated with a Diploma of Nutrition from NCNZ. She has a long history of experience of working with children, from outdoor pursuit camps, home based childcare to running team building programmes for children with special needs, such as autism.
She has personal experience of healing through nutrition for children with extra needs, as her own daughter was diagnosed as being on "The Spectrum" by mainstream medicine but regained full health through nutritional changes and supplemental support. This led her on her own journey to become a qualified Nutritionist.
Desiree Lee is junior to and mentored by Gina Wilson, a well known Naturopath who specialises in paediatrics and specifically supporting the health of children with special needs such as Autism.
Desiree has a strong interest in helping individuals and families find better health through nutritional, holistic and natural support. She works with each individual to tailor a personal plan that supports optimal health and healing.
Desiree lives with her husband and two children on a beautiful lifestyle block in North Auckland, her interests include rock climbing, spending time in nature, natural health and raising her own family.
